Call Waiting Queue
With its Waiting Queue Call Handler TERAVoice can hold calls
on a queue and distribute calls to a number of agents as soon as a free
agent is available. A custom hold music can be played during wait time or
the calls can be put on hold so that the hold music of the PBX system is
played. Within configurable intervals additional messages can be played to
the callers or the current queue position can be announced each time a call
advances one position.
In case the queue is full or a call cannot connected within
a specified time, the call can be switched to any other TERAVoice Call
Handler.
The Waiting Queue can be combined with other Call Handlers
or custom handlers (e.g. for call distribution).
